In the journey of life, shortcuts might look faster but are always dangerous. The story of shortcuts hardly ends well.
They may appear to save costs, but at the end, they are always very expensive.

It took nothing less than 50 million years for the sun to form. It took over 6 million years to produce the present humans. There is no creature you know today whose coming into being did not last for several millions or billions of years. That is why they are stable to a large extent.
